CUSTOMS SERVICES AND INTRASTAT

In the area of customs clearance M.S.TRADE-CZ s.r.o. is ready to offer preparation of complete export, import and transit customs documents including international transit: unified customs declaration, customs declaration d, T-1 form, CMR document, TIR as well ATA carnet. Our company also provides certificate of goods origin EUR1. These documents are completed while our customers wait. In case of multiple items (i.e. in case of more sorts of goods) we complete documents in the time individually agreed with the customer.

We are also able to offer guarantee of customs duty in the form of comprehensive customs guarantee (through our business partner GARANTRANS s.r.o.)

Direct representation of our customers in customs proceeding at the customs office in Blansko and settlement of the complete transaction in no more than two working days has become a standard practice.

A new service that M.S.TRADE-CZ s.r.o. offers is the representation in the INTRASTAT system. INTRASTAT is a system of regular collection of data for statistics of trade in goods between the European Union member states. This system is obligatory for all European Union member states.

The obligation of completing the INTRASTAT is based on the provisions of the European Union. These provisions are binding for the Czech Republic and specified by the Customs Act and the relevant execution ruling or a Directive of the Czech Statistical office.

All companies that exceed the INTRASTAT threshold are obliged to show their data in the INTRASTAT.

We also offer common transit regime in the NCTS system NCTS - New Computerised Transit System (fully electronic customs proceeding) as stipulated by the Common Transit Convention among the countries of the European Community of Free Trade and the European Economic Community.
